Social Good
Extending our work beyond organisations
Alongside our work with organisations, we are building a Social Good arm focused on applying the same principles of deprogramming, identity and performance in wider community and education settings.

This brings together and builds on our previous work through Inspiration North, allowing us to develop social impact initiatives in a more focused and sustainable way.
What this work is about
Alongside our work with organisations, we are building a Social Good arm focused on applying the same principles of deprogramming, identity and performance in wider community and education settings.

This brings together and builds on our previous work through Inspiration North, allowing us to develop social impact initiatives in a more focused and sustainable way.
Current Initiative
We are currently developing partnerships between businesses and schools to give access Good Girl Deprogramming (Teen Edition). A practical workbook for girls aged 10–14 that tackles people-pleasing, boundaries, and self-worth early before those patterns become deeply ingrained.

There is also an accompanying guide for parents, caregivers, and teachers to support the conversations alongside them. This work is designed to bridge the gap between education and the realities young people face as they move into the world of work and adulthood.

Building future leadership
This work sits alongside our core focus on leadership performance within organisations, reflecting our belief that the foundations of leadership, identity and confidence are built long before anyone enters the workplace.
“This book is essential for any parent or caregiver with a preteen or teen girl at home. Before reading this, I thought I was doing it all right, but there was so much I didn’t know, and it’s opened a really healthy dialogue between my daughters and me. I cannot recommend this book enough!”
