WORK WITH US
Organisational psychology-led interventions for leadership and cultural change
HOW ORGANISATIONS WORK WITH THE DEPROGRAMMING COMPANY
The Deprogramming Company partners with organisations to address the systemic conditions that shape leadership behaviour, culture and performance.
Our work is grounded in organisational psychology and designed to move beyond surface-level interventions – supporting lasting change at individual, team and organisational levels.
We work with organisations through three primary routes, depending on context, readiness and ambition.
1
RISE ABOVE
A 12-month leadership and culture intervention

Rise Above is our flagship programme for organisations seeking sustained change in women’s leadership, decision-making and progression.
It is designed to:
-
unlock women’s leadership capability
-
reduce burnout and quiet attrition
-
strengthen leadership pipelines
-
and shift the cultural conditions that suppress voice, authority and sustainability
Best suited when:
-
leadership potential is present but not fully realised
-
progression stalls at mid-to-senior levels
-
women are burning out, self-silencing or leaving
-
DEI intentions exist, but impact has plateaued

2
WORKSHOPS
Focused interventions to build shared understanding and shift norms
Our workshops are designed to introduce core concepts from our work in a way that is practical, psychologically grounded and immediately applicable.
They are often used to:
-
build shared language around gendered conditioning and leadership behaviour
-
support managers and senior leaders to respond constructively to change
-
interrupt patterns that drive burnout, silence or over-functioning
Workshops can be delivered:
-
as standalone sessions
-
as part of a wider programme (e.g. alongside Rise Above)
-
or as a diagnostic and alignment step before deeper work
3
COACHING
Psychologically informed coaching for leaders navigating complexity
We offer individual and small-group coaching for leaders operating in complex, high-stakes or transitional contexts.
Coaching is particularly valuable when:
-
leaders are stepping into greater visibility or authority
-
organisational pressure is high
-
behavioural patterns are entrenched or politically sensitive
-
reflection and support are needed alongside responsibility

Coaching is always contextualised – focusing not just on the individual, but on the systems they are operating within.
